If you think whatever he did is against the law and regulations then call him to the court and get it sorted. In fact if you need to call him to the court it has to be in the UK as the incident appends in the UK and I am sure you will lose your case and he will be clamming compensation for the harassment and bulling. Leave the Man live his life as a Man. Stop Bulling People and change the way you deal with you customers. I have one question: why we don’t hear this things happening in European consulates. WHY????? The answer is simple; beca&nbsp;use they provide the correct service to their communities and they do their jobs is professional manner. You have to start learning and changing your attitude the way you deal with the community. Remember we are in 2014.
